As a Branch Manager based in Newcastle upon Tyne (Boldon) you\’ll be responsible for: Setting the branch strategic agenda, ensuring alignment of the different areas of specialisms, based upon customer insights and profiles.
Setting a clear and inspiring direction for the branch team to ensure there is a focus upon improving customer service and maximising the customer experience.
Leading, empowering and motivating the branch team and encourage an innovative approach towards the provision of solutions for clients.
Setting and maintaining a culture of \’Safety First\’ within the branch and act as a role model for WUK values and key personal behaviours.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between – or 8am – 5pm And here\’s what we\’d like you to have: Previous experience leading a branch within a merchanting enterprise Experience of directing and developing a team within a sales environment Commercial acumen and ability to execute commercial plans to deliver profitable results We look forward to receiving your application
