You’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical assistance to customers, service engineers, and sales teams (Branches and KAM’s) regarding air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex product/installation issues, both remotely and on-site.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of air conditioning products, including VRV/F systems, split units, and chillers.
  • Conducting site visits (pre and after sales) and liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for technical queries and product updates and training.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00AM-17:00PM with 1hr break. No weekend work required.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in HVAC or air conditioning technical support or engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control technologies.
  • Good computer and IT skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
