Commercial Counsel – Group Corporate Services – Warwick (hybrid working – 3 days on site/ 2 days remote)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing in-house Legal team supporting a major UK business. As a Commercial Counsel based in Warwick, you will work closely with stakeholders across the Group and have exposure to senior leadership.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of contracts, disputes, projects and compliance matters.
- Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders at all levels, offering clear, solutions‑driven guidance that balances risk with commercial ambition.
- Leading on the drafting and negotiation of high‑value commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, IT and procurement contracts.
- Supporting strategic corporate projects, material disputes and key compliance areas, helping the business navigate legal and regulatory requirements.
- Delivering engaging legal training and practical guidance to colleagues across the business, helping them navigate legal and commercial issues confidently.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Legal team’s operating model, using data insights and sharing best practice.

- Qualified solicitor with solid commercial experience gained in private practice, in‑house, or a combination of both.
- Strong business mindset with curiosity about how the organisation operates and the wider commercial context.

- Skilled drafter and confident negotiator, able to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
