Responsibilities

  • Providing professional and efficient support to internal and external customers, ensuring all queries are handled promptly.
  • Taking ownership of issues, working with Warehouse and Transport teams to resolve concerns, and following requests through to completion.
  • Help improve customer service by contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support to the operation.
  • Working collaboratively across teams, attending meetings and supporting colleagues to achieve overall site objectives.

The role is full‑time, working 40 hours a week – Monday to Friday, 10 am‑6 pm.
