As an Account Assistant based in Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensure preparation of intercompany invoices is completed accurately and in advance of deadlines.
- Undertake preparation of payment calculations for quarterly incentive scheme.
- Ensure that staff costs and other expenses are correctly recorded.
- Ensure all required month end inputs are processed accurately and in line with the month end timetable.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday - Friday 08.00-17:00 with 1 hrs break. The role is hybrid, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. No weekend work required.

- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Demonstrates good attention to detail, good organisational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
