As a Operations Assistant based in Greenwich (SE28 8BF) you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with multiple customers on a daily basis
- Carrying out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock, putting stock away into designated locations and maintaining high standards within the warehouse
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Assisting customers at the trade counter as needed, providing prompt and efficient service while building strong relationships
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm.

- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Willingness to learn and complete required training. (Forklift licence training will be provided)
- Confidence in engaging with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
