Responsibilities:

  • Managing a centralised inbox and answering customer calls, resolving queries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Writing quotes for customers and following up on these quotes until the order stage
  • Placing orders on the system and scheduling in deliveries
  • Building a strong relationship with our suppliers

This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 5.00pm.

Required qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • To be able to form strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Utilities experience is desirable
  • An individual who is willing to learn and develop their career in Wolseley
