Responsibilities:
- Managing a centralised inbox and answering customer calls, resolving queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Writing quotes for customers and following up on these quotes until the order stage
- Placing orders on the system and scheduling in deliveries
- Building a strong relationship with our suppliers
This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 5.00pm.
Required qualifications:
- Customer service experience is essential
- To be able to form strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Utilities experience is desirable
- An individual who is willing to learn and develop their career in Wolseley
