As a Warehouse Supervisor based in Inverness, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of 4 people to deliver high standards
- Ensuring customer orders are picked/packed in a timely manner
- Managing the warehouse
- Managing goods in/out
- Stock control
- Arranging deliveries
- Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to our customers
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30am - 4.30pm and Saturday on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential
- Previous team leader/supervisory experience within a warehouse environment
- Demonstrate high standards in people skills
- Experience of training and coaching
