Position: Quality Assurance – Dartford – C.P. Hart

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily product inspections as prompted by the Warehouse Management System or QA Manager.
- Install and test products identified as requiring testing.
- Dismantle products to perform repairs, including refinishing and polishing of composite materials, fitting of spares, re‑assembly, and testing.
- Contact suppliers and request replacement parts/products if items fail inspection or testing.
- Inspect products to determine suitability for repair, obtain prices, and raise orders.
This role is a full‑time, permanent position, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday: 07:00‑16:00 with a 1‑hour break, office role. No weekend working required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Health and safety knowledge.
- Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative, while prioritising workloads.
- IT knowledge, including Warehouse Management Systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and prioritisation of workload.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills combined with logical problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to learn.
