Responsibilities
A Showroom Consultant will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of service and sales generation within the Branch Showroom. Utilising their design skills, they will work to maximise sales through providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge. They will contribute to the overall development of the Showroom agenda through contributing their knowledge of trends and customer demands to internal discussions. Working in partnership with the wider branch team they will ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and in full, or where there are unavoidable delays, this is communicated clearly and in advance to the customer.
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.30am–5pm along with every other Saturday morning 9am–12noon.
Qualifications
- Experience in bathroom design
- Experience of working in a sales environment
