Position Overview

As a Credit Controller based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring outstanding debts and following up on overdue accounts to maintain a positive cash flow
  • Liaising with customers to ensure timely payments and build strong relations to facilitate ongoing business
  • Building client relationships, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention and growth
  • Proactively managing overdue accounts, implementing company procedures
  • Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
  • Processing payments and keeping customer records up to date

This is a full-time, hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm. You will have the opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team who enjoy helping each other and sharing knowledge.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Ideally Finance Background.
  • Credit Control experience is desirable.
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably involving speaking with customers over the phone or face to face.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Teams).
  • Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
