Position Overview
As a Credit Controller based in Warwick youβll be responsible for:
- Monitoring outstanding debts and following up on overdue accounts to maintain a positive cash flow
- Liaising with customers to ensure timely payments and build strong relations to facilitate ongoing business
- Building client relationships, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention and growth
- Proactively managing overdue accounts, implementing company procedures
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Processing payments and keeping customer records up to date
This is a full-time, hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am β 5pm. You will have the opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team who enjoy helping each other and sharing knowledge.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Ideally Finance Background.
- Credit Control experience is desirable.
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably involving speaking with customers over the phone or face to face.
- Organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Teams).
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
