As an Internal Accounts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for
- Re‑engaging dormant customers to rebuild relationships and restore trading activity.
- Introducing the business to new contacts within prospect accounts to spark interest and secure meetings for the sales team.
- Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date customer information within the CRM.
- Developing both new and existing accounts to drive sales growth and improve margin.
This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm. This role can be based at any of our locations across Yorkshire
