As a Credit Controller based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for: Managing a ledger of approximately 2,000 customer accounts and proactively collecting outstanding debt through telephone and email contact Achieving monthly cash collection, overdue cash and 180-day debt targets while maintaining strong account performance Resolving customer queries by liaising with internal branches and account managers to deliver timely and effective solutions Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support successful debt recovery and customer satisfaction This is a full-time, hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08:00am - 17:00pm with 1hrs break. Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home once probation has been passed. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders Confident and professional communication skills, including a strong telephone manner and the ability to handle challenging conversations Good computer literacy, with a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUPs Credit control experience is desirable
