Key Responsibilities
- General warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders, unpacking, and putting away deliveries.
This involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets, while ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.
- Assist customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.
- Deal with customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
- Work Hours
Permanent position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment.
- A strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team.
- Industry knowledge – advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn, including completion of necessary training.
