As a Sales Assistant based in Wandsworth you’ll be responsible for:
- Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
- General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders which will involve manual handling of heavy items like boilers, radiators, toilets, sinks etc.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday alternating between 07:30-16:30 and 08:00-17:00, with a Saturday a month, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.

- Confident communicating with customers.
- To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
- Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
