Trade Sales Advisor – Kings Cross (N1C 4PD) – Wolseley Building Services

As a Trade Sales Advisor based in Kings Cross (N1CPD) , you’ll be responsible for:

  • Being a point of contact for customers via email and telephone providing expert advice and maintaining a high level of service

  • Producing accurate quotes for customers within agreed time frames – raising purchase orders and processing sales orders

  • Increasing sales and maximise margins

  • Dealing with general administration and producing reports

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers

  • Keeping up to date with technical product information and latest products to ensure we can offer value to our customers

  • Serving on the trade counter from time to time and offering product recommendations

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am – 5.00pm.

  • Ideally you will have previous industry experience

  • A strong background in a customer service focused environment and commitment to Customer Service Excellence

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines

  • A strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
