As a Sales Advisor based in our Sittingbourne branch, you’ll be responsible for:
- Serving customers at the trade counter with product advice tailored to their needs
- Responding promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries
- Helping in the warehouse when needed with general warehouse duties (forklift training will be provided)
- Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales with both new and existing customers
In this role, you will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, along with Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon on a rota once trained.

- Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch in this varied role
- Customer service or sales experience would be ideal
- Experience in plumbing, heating or trade/merchant environment is desirable but not essential
