As a Senior Inventory Manager based in our Warwick office, this is a key opportunity to lead and shape inventory operations at scale. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Oversees -15,000 SKUs, £400m annual spend, and £70m inventory across 200+ suppliers.

  • Leads Inventory and Intake Planning teams (6 direct reports), embedding consistent, high-quality processes.

  • Manages inbound/outbound forecasting and inbound goods flow.

  • Develops safety stock and replenishment strategies for branches and DCs to meet KPIs.

  • Utilises analytics to manage stock levels and flow across the network.

  • Builds strong supplier relationships to drive product availability and supply chain efficiency.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Strong experience in B2B marketing across the full marketing mix, confident in building and delivering brand and marketing plans through both traditional and digital channels.

  • Extensive experience in inventory management, with strong ERP expertise and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data and insights to drive inventory decisions and process improvements.

  • Proven ability to lead and embed change across supply functions, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained adoption.

  • Track record of leading high-performing teams in dynamic, high-SKU environments.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning in fast-paced, evolving settings.

  • Adept at building trusted, cross-functional partnerships across Commercial, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and senior leadership.
