As a Sales Negotiator based in Cardiff, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a ledger of customers, forming and maintaining strong relationships with them.

  • Dealing with customers\’ queries promptly and supporting them throughout the customer life cycle.

  • Expanding business with current customers and generating business for the branch.

  • Generating new business through cold calling and emailing

This is a permanent, full-time position offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Standard working hours are either 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting KPIs and driving revenue.

  • Previous experience in a trade or merchant environment is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of the Civils sector would be an added advantage.
