As a **Sales Office Manager** based in **West Brom,** you’ll be responsible for:* Managing a ledger of 20 – 30 accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and upselling where possible.* Overseeing and managing a team of 4 people, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and managing team performance.* Generating new business through a variety of different channels.* Managing quotes, overseeing sales figures, and ensuring projects are tracked.This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm**And here’s what we’d like you to have:*** Civils or general merchanting experience is highly preferred.* Sales and management experience is essential.* Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.* Confident communicator, organised, driven nature.**We look forward to receiving your application!**Burdens is a civil engineering and underground drainage product and service expert, operating a national network of strategically located branches, each providing stock in depth from industry leading manufacturers.
