As a Sales Coordinator based in our Thurrock (RM20 3EF) branch, you’ll be responsible for:
- Generating new business through calling old/potential customers
- Dealing with invoice queries, providing quotes and processing customer orders
- Negotiating prices with customers and suppliers where necessary and upselling products
- Responding to customer phone calls, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- A background in sales or a customer service role with admin skills
- Merchant background is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication, numerical and customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate over the phone and learn the role
- Enthusiasm, proactive, with ability to work at pace!
