As a Sales Assistant based in our Stratford branch you’ll be responsible for: Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.Driving 3.5t van doing deliveries Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouseMerchandising displays to a high standard in the branch.This is a full time, permanent role - Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm and two Saturdays per month, 08.00am - 12.00pm (paid as overtime) once trained.And here’s what we’d like you to have:Knowledge in plumbing & heating is beneficialProven experience in a face to face sales/customer service positionGreat communication skills and a customer-first approachGreat team player and willing to support in all areas of the branchWillingness to learn with an enthusiastic approachFull UK Manual Driving LicenceWe look forward to receiving your application!
