As a Sales Advisor based in Basingstoke (RG22 4DQ) you’ll be responsible for: Providing excellent service, establishing strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers. Serving customers on the trade counter, establishing their needs and offering product recommendations. Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers. General warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard which at times could involve manual handling. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday either 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm along with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am – 12noon paid at overtime. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers. Sales or customer service experience is beneficial Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
