As Sales Advisor in Lincoln (LN2 4SY) youll be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service at the trade counter, identifying customer requirements and providing product recommendations.

• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.

• Supporting with warehouse duties when requires and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 07.30am – 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am – 12.00pm.

• Plumbing and heating industry or merchant experience is beneficial.

• Face to Face sales and customer service experience.

• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.

• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

• A full UK Manual Driving Licence
