Responding to customer enquiries via phone promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude. Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard. This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday morning on a rota basis 08.00am – 12.00pm. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Plumbing and heating industry or merchant experience is preferable. Face to Face customer service and sales experience. Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic. Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
