Sales Advisor – Bideford - Plumb Centre - Fixed term contract for 12 months

As a Sales Advisor in our Bideford branch you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service at the trade counter, identifying customer requirements and providing product recommendations.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
  • Supporting with other areas of the branch required for example carrying out warehouse duties when required and relief driving from time to time to cover holiday and sickness.

In this role you will work 40 hours a week on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with shifts between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings (8am–12noon) on a rota.

  • Experience in sales or customer service would be ideal
  • A team player with a can-do attitude, happy to assist in all areas of the branch.
  • Industry or merchant experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training can be provided.
