As Head of Group Tax and Treasury based in Ripon, you'll be responsible for:
- Shaping and delivering the Groups tax strategy while ensuring full compliance and an optimised tax position.
- Leading all treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, working capital optimisation, and banking relationships.
- Providing strategic insight to the CFO and Director of Group Finance to support long-term financial planning, risk management, and capital structure decisions.
- Driving continuous improvement across tax and treasury processes, strengthening governance, controls, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of four, fostering capability, accountability, and professional growth.

- A commercially minded, proactive, and detail-focused approach, with high professional standards, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration.
- ACA (or equivalent) qualification with substantial post-qualified experience in senior tax and treasury roles within a complex or multinational environment.
- Deep technical expertise across corporate and customs tax, treasury operations, financial markets, cash management, and risk management frameworks.
- A proven ability to deliver strategic tax and treasury initiatives, manage banking relationships, and oversee financial facilities.
