As an Account Assistant based in Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring preparation of intercompany invoices is completed accurately and in advance of deadlines.
- Undertaking preparation of payment calculations for quarterly incentive scheme.
- Ensuring that staff costs and other expenses are correctly recorded.
- Ensuring all required month end inputs are processed accurately and in line with the month end timetable.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday - Friday 08.00-17:00 with 1 hour break. The role is hybrid, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. No weekend work required.
Here’s what we’d like you to have to be successful:
- An interest in working in Accounting/Finance and keen to learn/develop.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Demonstrates good attention to detail, good organisational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence to work cross-functionally with other areas of the business.
