As a Regional Account Manager you’ll be responsible for:
- Full account management, from site to office (Devon & Cornwall)
- Working in partnership with Branch Operations teams to achieve operational excellence, maximise sales opportunities, minimise costs, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Developing plans to drive activity and sales in the short- and long-term whilst operating in a manner that is consistent with the wider objectives of the Sales function and the values of WUK.
- Building excellent working relationships with customers and other teams within Wolseley to develop a wide network of contacts and to ensure business development opportunities are identified and converted.
- Demonstrating strong values-based behaviour, and instilling a culture of high standards and quality in all dealings with customers and branch colleagues.

- Strong sales / business development experience
- Self-driven & motivated to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers / clients
- Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or a merchant role is beneficial, though not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
