As a Product Data Administrator based in Waterloo or Dartford you’ll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the management of all company product information and data across all business platforms.
  • Working closely with Suppliers and Merchandising to ensure the quality and accuracy of product information and their assets is received in the correct format and accurate.
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of all products, focusing on, but not limited to, product grouping, attributes and lead-times.
  • Preparing new product data for inputting into BisTrack and onto the website.

This role is a full time, 6 months Fixed Term contract with possibility of extension, 37.5hrs per week, Monday-Friday: 08:00-16:30 or 09:00-17:30 with 1hrs break. No weekend working required. Office based role with hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

  • Knowledge of business systems & processes along with a drive for accuracy & efficiency.
  • Excellent motivational, written & verbal communication skills are required.
  • A knowledge of bathroom products is preferable but not essential.
