As an Operations Assistant based in Dagenham you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within this small branch.
- Serving customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
- Working in the warehouse and counter picking orders, booking in and putting away stock and serving customers.
- Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries whether that is over the phone or email and processing sales.
- General warehouse duties including goods in & out, filling paperwork, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between 07:30-16:30 with 1 hour break. No weekend work required.

- Previous experience in a warehouse role.
- Customer service experience.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Driving license preferred but not essential.
