Responsibilities
- Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly and courteously.
- Carry out general warehouse duties, including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking and packing customer orders, which will involve manual handling of heavy items.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Approachable and supportive towards customers.
- Quick learner, able to help out in a busy branch.
- Experience in plumbing and heating is favourable.
