As an Operations Supervisor based in Luton you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting and developing all team members with progression planning.
- Supporting the Operations Manager in all aspects of maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control.
- Supporting the team with their day to day roles when needed.
- Communicating effectively across the business.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Sales and/or operational background.
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
- Can work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 17:00PM with 1hrs break and the occasional Saturday 08.00am - 12.00pm paid as overtime.
