Location: Warwick

Employment: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end creation and maintenance of online product content, ensuring information is accurate, complete and available on the website across multiple business areas.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Commercial, Product, Own Brand) to gather detailed product information such as specifications, dimensions, technical attributes, features and application data.
  • Upload and maintain high volumes of product data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system (Pimberly), processing up to 200 products per day with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Produce and analyse product data reports to identify incomplete records and prioritise high-revenue products for online publication; proactively engage suppliers and internal teams to obtain missing information and improve product availability.

Qualifications:

  • Confident in communicating with suppliers and internal teams to gather information and resolve queries.
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook, with the ability to manage emails and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excel skills are desirable, particularly using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Industry or product knowledge is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is equally important.
