Position Front of House Assistant – Warwick – Support Functions
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 1.00pm, 20 hours per week (part‑time permanent)
Salary: Up to £16,684.80 + Bonus
About the Role As a Front of House Assistant based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for all employees and visitors, including clients and suppliers
Answering the phones and transferring calls to the appropriate department
Reaching out to employees within the business to let them know their visitors have arrived
Managing the facilities inbox, responding and forwarding emails where appropriate
Oversight of the car park booking system

Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Confidence managing the parking booking system
