As a Sales Assistant based in Lincoln you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
  • General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders.

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm and on a rota basis for Saturdays, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.

Previous face to face sales and customer service experience. A Full UK manual Driving Licence (driving experience not essential).
