As a Hire Manager based in Luton you’ll be responsible for:
Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Arrange collections and deliveries of hire equipment between our customers, Hire Coordinators and Transport teams
Creating invoices to customers chasing accounts and managing a busy inbox
Liaising with couriers to get equipment delivered to our customers
Generating new business
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7.30am – 5.00pm
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
People management experience. You will be managing a team of 3 and will be managing the branch in the Branch Managers absence
To be sales focused with previous sales experience in order to win new business
To be computer literate and have strong communication skills. You will be communicating with customers and stakeholders across the business
To enjoy working in a fast paced environment and managing a high workload
