As a LGV Driver (C1) based in the Middlesborough branch, youll be responsible for:

Driving a 7.5T lorry delivering plumbing and heating products to our customers (This will involve manual handling heavy stock including boilers, radiators, toilets and skinks)

Delivery region will cover Teesside and North Yorkshire

Carrying out roughly 7 – 8 deliveries a day to our customers which are mainly new build housing sites

Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, carrying out a daily check on the vehicle, equipment and load for which you have responsibility and reporting any defects

Providing excellent customer service at all times

Assisting in the warehouse once back from deliveries with picking and packing and loading the vehicle
This role is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 07.30am – 4.30pm.
