As a Sales Advisor based in Horndean, you’ll be responsible for:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email efficiently, courteously and with a can-do attitude.
- General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 07:30am - 17:00. You will work 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am-12 (paid as overtime).
Previous experience in retail customer service is essential.
