As a Technical Sales Advisor based in Greenford you’ll be responsible for:
- Answering phones and provide product quotations to customers.
- Following up and chase customers for the quotes and orders.Updating the system with order information and quotes.
- Serving customers on the trade counter.
- Warehouse duties including picking and packing and stock control.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
Desired skills and experience
- Previous merchant/industry experience would be advantageous.
- Positive attitude and confident speaking to people.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Warehousing experience.
- Confident working with computer.
