Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 1.00pm, 20 hours per week (part‑time permanent)
Salary: Up to £16,684.80 + Bonus
About the Role
As a Front of House Assistant based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for all employees and visitors, including clients and suppliers
- Answering the phones and transferring calls to the appropriate department
- Reaching out to employees within the business to let them know their visitors have arrived
- Managing the facilities inbox, responding and forwarding emails where appropriate
- Oversight of the car park booking system
