As an FLT Operative based in Chesterfield you’ll be responsible for:
- Safe and compliant operation of FLT equipment, ensuring stock integrity and pick accuracy.
- Accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders, including direct-to-customer and urgent, time-critical requirements, meeting SLAs and OTIF targets.
- Maintaining individual training, competence and operational readiness, including FLT licences and refresher requirements.
- Consistently upholding high standards of Health & Safety, Welfare and Wellbeing for self and colleagues.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 15:00 and 11:00 till 20:00 on a shift basis.
