We offer flexibility around hybrid working, with 2 days a week from home.\\n\\nAnd here’s what we’d like you to have: \\n\\nPrevious ER Advisory experience and experience managing complex cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and long-term sickness absence\\n\\nA strong understanding of employment law and legislative changes\\n\\nTo be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders\\n\\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to draft appropriate, legally compliant letters and correspondence in response to ER issues\\n\\nTo be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.\\n\\nWe look forward to receiving your application!\\n\\n#ACMM150
