Role

As a LGV Driver (C1) based in the Epsom, Surrey, you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving a 7.5T lorry delivering plumbing and heating products to our customers (This will involve manual handling heavy stock including boilers, radiators, toilets and skinks)
• Delivery region will cover Surrey to London and West Sussex
• Carrying out roughly 2 – 12 deliveries a day to our customers which include building sites, social housing sites, private residences and commercial businesses
• Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, carrying out a daily check on the vehicle, equipment and load for which you have responsibility and reporting any defects
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Assisting in the warehouse once back from deliveries with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying

This role is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between 06.00am – 5.00pm.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving License and HGV Licence (Category C license)
• Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Experience in driving a 7.5T Lorry
• A track record of good customer service
