As a Driver LCV (B) based in Durham you’ll be responsible for:
Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies across the North East
On average you will complete 10 deliveries a day – mainly to new build construction sites
Carrying out vehicle checks
Loading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators toilets and sinks
Assisting in the warehouse once back from deliveries with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07.30am – 4.30pm with the occasional Saturday morning from 08.00am – 12.00pm.

Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Previous multidrop driving is preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with PDA devices
To be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse to ensure the smooth running of the branch
