As an Operations Assistant based in Devizes, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivery driving a 3.5T Van
- Loading and unloading vehicles for deliveries and collections, which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets
- General Warehouse duties picking and packing stock
- Supporting the trade counter as required providing exceptional customer service at all times
The role is full time, permanent position, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri 07:30-16:30. No weekend working.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Full UK manual driving license is essential - must be comfortable to drive a 3.5T van
- Able to handle a physically demanding job
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
- Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic
- Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- IT literate
