As a Customer Project Administrator based in Branston, Burton on Trent (DE14 3PD), you’ll be responsible for: To accurately and professionally manage our customer orders in terms of purchasing and supplying to meet their expectations.

To be the main point of customer contact providing all updates and relevant information.

To manage any issues with the projects you are looking after and resolve them.

Organise products to be in stock in timely manner ready for customers.

Build relationships with key suppliers.

This is a full time role working 40 hours a week - Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: Plumbing & Heating, Construction or Sanitaryware experience.

PC literacy in Excel and Outlook.

Great communication skills.

Proven experience in organisation, prioritisation and the ability to multi-task.

Prior experience working in a fast paced environment.
