We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more.As a Technical Sales Assistant based in Edinburgh you’ll be responsible for:Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.Handling customer queries and provide solutions, including sourcing, quoting, and managing special ordersProactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales particularly focusing on customers with reduced or inactive spendingMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of product developments, market trends, and industry changesCoordinating with suppliers to source materials, check availability, and negotiate costs.This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17:00.
