As a CRM Marketing Manager based in Warwick , youβll be responsible for: Leading CRM projects end-to-end, working with teams across the business to ensure smooth planning, progress tracking, and delivery. Owning the CRM campaign schedule, making sure key activities are well-planned, resourced, and aligned with trading, product launches, and customer lifecycle stages. Driving platform improvements, partnering with IT and other teams to prioritise CRM enhancements that boost campaign performance and efficiency. Championing best practice, ensuring GDPR compliance, consistent documentation, and high-quality campaign execution across all touchpoints.
