As a Hire Coordinator based in Gatwick you’ll be responsible for:
- Answering the phones and managing a busy centralised inbox. You will be managing customer enquiries and speaking with the wider hire network across the business
- Liaising with Engineers and Transport Managers to ensure customer deliveries go out on time
- Writing and following up with quotes for customers
- Raising hire contracts and terminating contracts in the system, ensuring all contracts are up to date
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00 am - 5.00 pm.
